Friday, August 05, 2005 ~ insites on the inside well nothing much happening ... had a long week ... monday- running, tue- sch whole day, wed-ippt, thurs-climing rock wall, fri- OB...well.. long week.. didnt do too well for IPPT... lost out at the pull ups... if not i would have gotten a gold for it! arghs!!!! must train harder sia.. haiz... well.. alots been happening recently... suddenly... there are choices that need to be taken.. roads to choose... what's the right way?
