Tuesday, May 02, 2006 ~ Fight! Fight! Fight! In the short time that i've been gone, things have been heating up. Personally, i would say that a storm has blown over and thank God for seeing me thru that crazy madhouse of a time. Enjoyed my May Day alot yesterday going out with the royal family minus javier & ZH.. Had a great lunch at seoul garden(the usual place) and after that went for bowling @ Marina! haha, it was great fun! Seeing Hermit & Princess fight it out over who was better in the first game.. hehe.. not to forget how Handmaiden "cheated" by rolling the ball very slowly so that the sensor wouldnt detect it.. giving her 2 free strikes! It was great fun.. 1st game was quite close.. in the 2nd the very pro Hermit & myself found ourselves in a 2 horse race but as usual.. Hermit, using the spirit of Liverpool found himself unable to score when needed.. and i won.. but still he put up a good fight & it was fun.. laughing & talking crap.. taking photos & all.. wonderful!Well, i shall not talk too much about the impending elections... all i can say is..it's very very interesting.. There will never be a better "level" field and with the WP & SDA having alot of credible new canidates it's also never a better time for the PAP to demolish or discredit the WP & SDA's new generation of canidates. From the response so far, the WP & SDA seem to be doing pretty well at the rallies while the PAP hasnt been doing that well(look at the photos @ singaporeelection.blogspot.com) although they have better media coverage. I love how the straits times covered the manifesto of the PAP with 3-4 whole pages... not bad for about 8 pages of pictures & points in point form? Regardless, the PAP has done a great job so far but on certain issues they could do better. IF Durai HAD NOT sued the Straits Times... would the NKF still be the same? Would the public know about the huge salaries and the works of Duari & Co. ??? May the best man win... In closing ... PAP- Progress And Prosperity.
