Sunday, April 29, 2007 ~ SITREP

Well, a week has passed and what a week it has been! What should have been a super slack week turned into a hell week for drivers as we did 100 hours servicing for our vehicle and alot of servcing for the rest of the vehicles! Our new specs have arrived and it was good to see John & Alex assigned to the B coy as well as zhiming getting bumped to OCS!(congrats!!)

It's been interesting this week... I suppose I'm at a standstill, im not very sure how I should procede...The lack of intel/info & the response is confusing me... so in the mean time I guess a short halt and cool down might be the best thing for now.

On the other hand, my walk with God has never been better! I cant remember when was the last time that I felt of alive reading the bible or even doing cell discussion! Everything just seemed to jump at me during cell & before service!! :) Perhaps this is what God has intended me to do? I was very greatly encouraged when Adrian came up to encourage me during service today, I'm thankful to God for giving me great teachers & parents that have been supportive of me & teaching me along the way. And of course not forgetting God whose been so patient with me all this time...

So where do I go now? The following weeks will be preperation for 48 & 2 hour NTM(Notice to Move). I really hope that we get to see some action or at the very least I get an overseas deployment with some of the guys... After that... Wallaby... then ROD! I suppose this time in the army has changed me quite a bit? But never the less, my goal's unchanged, a degree & masters! in IS with an extra major in International Relations... and a Commission as an officer in the US Army.

The best is yet to be.
