Sunday, February 03, 2008 ~ more countdowns. Another couple of days to CNY! Normally I look forward to it due to the long holidays but this year's special; it'll be my last one here before I embark on my journey to the states. I really hope to make the best of the time here.. Perhaps another milestone is that it's been 3 years since I let slip and ended a relationship right on CNY itself. Not a very auspicious time I guess? haha. Well, 3 years have come & gone just like that and looking back now, it was the right thing to do. Makes me nervous I suppose? Considering how much of '04/'05 the current situation looks like... But like I told Mel, I shouldnt fear it.. coz God hasn't given me a spirit of fear but power, love & a sound mind! :) Exciting things! On the other hand, I'm really really unsure how to approach the whole thing. God give me wisdom & timing! I want to do the right thing this time..Looking back I suppose that what happened back in the past has made me a stronger person with more convictions. I'm sure of what I want now, then I was sure but still entertained the idea of casual dating & stuff.. but now.. nope.. If I'm in.. I'm in for good. long term. I'm in it coz I want to move towards the long term goal of marriage. How, who, when are the parts that I don't know though, instead I'm leaving those parts to God & instead focusing on how do be the man that he wants me to be and doing my best in my work & ministry.
