Sunday, May 18, 2008 ~ Recent happiness.. A distant sadness. A rant if there is any. A timely reminder that even in a month things can change very fast! Well, 1st off, congrats to our 2 new couples! :) yay.. hope u guys are happy & that it works out for u guys! :)On the other hand, CMU & Cornell both rejected my application.. not exactly the news I wanted to hear. It's now down to Uni of Washington.. a very tough balancing act of faith for me.. it seems that things have gone to the drain with all of this.. I'm no longer as sure as I was months ago as to where I'm going and what i'm doing. Seems like it's down to this choice.. and I have to give 1 or the other up. Hard choice.. but yet I will do what God wants me to do.. If it's not ment to be, then it shall not. The depths of my mind & heart cry out.. unsure of what to do.. all the planing & scheming for not. The recent & nearby happiness is overshadowed by the Distant Sadness I feel. The darkest hour is here. Stand firm & wait for the light. A Distant Sadness indeed.
